1. Nature of Our Services
Frugal Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd provides professional services including technology consulting, application development, digital marketing, and related services. As these are primarily service-based engagements involving time, expertise, and resources, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional services.
2. Refund Eligibility

3. Cancellation Policy
Project-based engagements: You may cancel a project at any time by written notice to info@frugalconsultancy.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Monthly retainers: Either party may cancel a monthly retainer with a minimum of 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice will be charged for the following month.
Consultation sessions: Free initial consultations may be cancelled at any time. Paid consultation sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
4. Revision & Dispute Resolution
We take quality seriously. Before a refund request is considered for completed work, we will:
- Review your concerns thoroughly within 3 business days
- Offer reasonable revisions at no extra cost if the deliverable did not meet the agreed specifications
- Work collaboratively to reach a satisfactory outcome
If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Concerns raised after this window may not be eligible for revision or refund.
5. Refund Request Process
Submit a Request
Email us at info@frugalconsultancy.com with your invoice number, reason for refund, and any supporting details.
Review (3–5 Business Days)
Our team will review your request against this policy and the terms of your engagement. We may request additional information.
Decision & Communication
We will communicate our decision by email. If approved, we will confirm the refund amount and method.
Refund Processing (7–10 Business Days)
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. International transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.
6. International Payments
We accept international payments via our payment gateway partners. For international refunds:
- Refunds are processed in the original currency of payment where possible
- Currency conversion differences and bank charges are non-refundable
- International wire transfer fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount
- Processing time may be 10–15 business days for international transactions
- Refunds are subject to compliance with applicable foreign exchange regulations under FEMA (India)
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domain registrations, software licenses, advertising spend, API fees, etc.)
- Work completed and accepted by the client
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Consulting hours that have been delivered
- Payment gateway transaction fees charged by our payment processor
8. Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The policy in effect at the time of your payment governs your specific transaction.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from refund claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For international clients, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably before any legal proceedings.
